Shopping Basics

We enclose a return shipping label with each order if you’d prefer to have the £8.95 return shipping costs deducted from your refund. Merchandise returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase will be credited at the purchased price. Gift returns are eligible for credit in the form of a Gianni Salvatore store credit, in the amount for which the returned item is currently sold. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges. Goods returned after 30 days or in unsaleable condition will be subject to a processing fee of £5 per item and credited at the current selling price.

We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly replace items that were delivered to you in damaged or defective condition within 60 days of the date of purchase. You may return unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise that was purchased at (ourwebsite) within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fan shop items (items with a team logo) are excluded. Merchandise must include all tags and be in its original, saleable condition.

To make a return, simply fill out the return form included with your shipment and send it along with the item(s) being returned. Returns should be sent via insured carrier to your account.
